Refund & Fee Policy

Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course, mentorship program, workshop, internship, or cybersecurity training service offered by Cyber Pathshala.

1 Registration & Portal Access

Upon successful payment and enrollment, Cyber Pathshala may immediately initiate:

  • Student portal/dashboard creation
  • Batch seat reservation
  • Live class access provisioning
  • Study material allocation
  • Mentorship scheduling
  • Administrative and technical onboarding

2 Initial Withdrawal Window

Students wishing to discontinue must officially notify Cyber Pathshala within 48 hours (2 calendar days) from:

  • The official batch start date, OR
  • The date on which portal/account access is issued

whichever occurs earlier.

3 Discount Cancellation on Late Withdrawal

If the student fails to notify within the 48-hour window, all:

  • Scholarships
  • Promotional discounts
  • Coupon benefits
  • Negotiated pricing
  • Special concessions

shall stand automatically revoked.

Important:

The student shall become liable to pay the full standard course fee amount of INR 20,000/-, irrespective of attendance, inactivity, scheduling conflicts, internet/device issues, voluntary discontinuation, personal reasons, or non-participation.

4 No Refund After Access Activation

Once any learning access, portal activation, recorded sessions, live classes, mentorship systems, labs, or study material become accessible, the enrolled service shall be treated as digitally consumed and reserved educational capacity.

Accordingly, no refund, reversal, or cancellation request shall ordinarily be entertained thereafter.

5 Seat Blocking & Digital Service Nature

Cyber Pathshala operates limited-capacity live cybersecurity mentorship and training batches.

Enrollment reserves:

  • Faculty time
  • Mentorship availability
  • Infrastructure allocation
  • Administrative processing
  • Support resources
  • Digital access provisioning

Fees are therefore charged not only for attendance but also for reserved educational service capacity.

6 Exceptional Cases

Cyber Pathshala reserves the sole and absolute discretion to consider exceptional refund requests under rare circumstances.

Any such decision shall not create precedent or future entitlement.

7 Student Responsibility

  • Verify course suitability before payment
  • Maintain required hardware and internet access
  • Attend sessions regularly
  • Review all policies before enrollment

8 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized payment disputes, malicious complaints, or chargebacks after valid enrollment may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access
  • Termination of services
  • Recovery proceedings
  • Restriction from future services
  • Legal action where applicable

9 Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of enrollment, payment, services, or this policy shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

10 Acceptance of Policy

Payment of fees, joining classes, accessing the portal, or using any Cyber Pathshala service shall constitute deemed acceptance of this Refund & Fee Policy.
